With a love for football from a young age and a natural comprehension for mathematics, Ethan first learned about business from football simulation games such as Football Manager and FIFA, inspiring him to pursue a career in finance. Developing his interest for business and financial markets, Ethan decided to study Mathematics, Computer Science and Economics at A-level, where he was able to develop an interest in the progression of science and technology and how innovation in these fields can help progress the UK economy. Continuing to pursue a career in finance whilst furthering his interest in Economics, Ethan decided to study Economics at the Manchester Metropolitan University, where he was able to experience city life for three years before graduating with first class honours.

After leaving university, Ethan resonated with Apogee's mission of helping companies engaged in research and development projects secure substantial funds to support future innovations and positively contribute to the UK economy.

Outside of work Ethan remains passionate about football, playing competitively and watching whenever possible. Ethan also enjoys travelling and has recently developed an interest in skiing. Ethan’s other hobbies include going to the gym, casual DJing, and video games.
